Supporting Membership
We are a local association founded in 2026. Our story began with a group of board game enthusiasts sharing a common passion and a desire to make board gaming accessible to more people. Following a successful spring weekend event, we decided to officially form the association to keep organizing events and promoting the hobby locally. We hope to spread the joy of board gaming as far and wide as possible!
Our goal is to increase the accessibility of board games by organizing both small-scale meetups and larger gaming events. Everyone is warmly welcome to join—no prior gaming experience is needed.
We operate as a non-profit association. Organizing events and expanding our game library naturally incur costs. We fund our activities primarily through event participation fees, which help cover venue rentals and new game purchases.
If you would like to support our work and help us organize local, welcoming board game events for everyone, you can do so by becoming a supporting member. Every contribution helps us develop our activities and enables us to host even more diverse events.
Supporting members are accepted by the association's board. Upon a proposal by the board, a person who has significantly promoted and supported the association's activities may be invited as an Honorary President or Honorary Member at an association meeting. The supporting member will always be informed in advance and their permission will be requested prior to any invitation.
Supporting membership fee: €20 per year. If you wish to make an additional donation, please notify the board.
We send out member newsletters about 2 to 4 times a year. In these updates, we share news about our activities, upcoming events, and future plans.
If you wish, we can include your name on our public supporting member list at our events as a token of our appreciation for your support.
The association reserves the right to make changes to the supporting membership and its associated practices. Supporting members will be notified of any changes via email.
